At CabRoutes, we aim to provide reliable and convenient transportation services.
- Customers may cancel a booking before the scheduled pickup time.
- Cancellation charges, if applicable, will depend on the timing of the cancellation and the booking terms.
- If CabRoutes cancels a confirmed booking due to unavoidable circumstances, the eligible booking amount will be refunded.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method.
- No refund may be provided for cancellations made after the scheduled pickup time or for no-show bookings.
- Any additional charges already incurred, such as tolls, parking or waiting charges, may not be refundable.
- Once a trip has been completed, payments are generally non-refundable unless there is an error or service issue verified by CabRoutes.
